Personal and buddy training can be done in the convenience of your own home, a park or a gym.

All of our personal training programs include a personally designed lifestyle plan by Marilyn Moss, MS, NASN, ACSM, EIM. No longer do you have to rely on a generic plan that is hard to follow. We design a program that includes your likes and dislikes and takes your lifestyle into account. You will be amazed at how easy it is to improve your body composition, improve your health and performance.
